Shipping Policy
Order Processing Timeframe We aim to process every order within 2 to 5 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays. Our team is committed to dispatching your orders as quickly as possible. You'll be notified by email once your order is on its way.
Anticipated Delivery Times The processing of most orders falls within the 2 to 5 business day range. The delivery timeframe thereafter depends on your location.
- Spain & Mainland Europe: 7 –12 business days.
- UK & Rest of Europe: 7 – 11 business days.
- USA & Canada: 7–12 business days.
- Other International destinations: 12–22 business days, with rates depending on location.
Please note these shipping times do not include the initial 2 - 5 business day processing period. Orders placed after 5:00 pm CET on Fridays or over weekends will begin processing on the next business Monday. Our operations do not extend to weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping Some international deliveries may take 12–20 business days after processing.
Taxes and Duties on International Orders International orders may incur taxes and duties depending on the destination country. Be aware that additional charges may be applied upon your order's arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
Order Cancellations If you've placed an order by mistake, contact us at help.kromia@hotmail.com as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to stop the order from being processed, we are unable to issue refunds for orders that have already shipped.
